Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal, driving, and healthcare registry
• Willingness to provide personal care as needed
• Lifting may be required

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and help individuals achieve personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and chores
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Encourage independence and help develop new skills
• Monitor health and safety in a supportive environment
• Communicate with Abound Health team, families and case managers as needed
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
