Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a background clearance.
• Excellent communication to document care and follow support plans.
• Valid driver's license required for transporting persons served.
• Ability to work with adults with disabilities and behave professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a residential group home with daily activities and personal care.
• Provide mentorship to help individuals achieve independence.
• Support health and safety, assist with meals, cleanliness and chores.
• Administer medications and monitor medical well-being.
