Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Wisconsin. The role is full-time with shifts days, evenings, nights and weekend differential.

You will provide individualized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, help with daily living, and encourage independence while ensuring safety and dignity. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license due to transporting persons served.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
• Patience and respectful attitude when supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to follow individualized support plans and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to adults with mental health, intellectual and developmental, and/or physical disabilities.
• Support people as they develop skills and participate in their communities.
