Working directly as aDirect Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will be able to assist in a residential group home by assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of outcomes, assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration. The DSP (caregiver/mentor) is responsible for providing:

If interested in a Behavioral DSP role– To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical. You will provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people who are faced with mental health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges. We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision‑making and crisis‑management skills, and who will not be intimidated by these behaviors. Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
