Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid driver's license (due to transporting persons served).
• Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding.
• Some positions may require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a residential group home to help people with disabilities achieve outcomes, assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration.
• Provide support, guidance, and assistance to individuals with mental health and behavioral needs as applicable.
• Mentor daily activities to promote independence and health and safety.
• Provide medication administration and ensure medical well-being.
