This full‑time role involves assisting adults with disabilities in residential settings, providing daily living supports, and promoting independence. The position includes a weekend differential and a $1,500 bonus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license required for this position (and may require vehicle usage).
• Good reading, writing and communication skills to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentorship with daily activities in a residential group home, assisting with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide hands‑on mentoring to help individuals become more independent.
• Give positive direction to help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Provide medication administration and ensure medical well‑being.
