Job summary

Dungarvin in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to work in residential homes with adults who have disabilities. You will support daily living activities and promote independence in a person-centered environment.

You will provide mentorship, assist with meals and personal care, and help ensure health and safety while encouraging community integration. A valid driver's license is required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful background clearance is part of onboarding.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills for documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance and mentorship to those we serve to support health and safety.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and community activities.
• Encourage independence and help clients achieve personal goals.
• Provide medication administration and ensure medical well-being.
