Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and safety of individuals served and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with operations of residential or day services, coordinate activities and staff.
• Cover staff shortages, administer medications, participate in planning teams.
• Plan and prepare meals, follow diet orders and kitchen sanitation.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed progress documentation.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior with behavior programs.
• Maintain electronic documentation of activity records and progress.
• Handle house petty cash and purchases for groceries/supplies.
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation.
