The role involves safety oversight, meal planning, and staff coordination to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth daily operations.

You will support individuals in daily living activities, manage documentation, and assist in implementing behavior plans while maintaining facility and transportation

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid may be obtained after hire.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field.

Aufgaben

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure environments meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with operations of residential or day services programs, coordinate activities, and schedule staff.
• Cover staff shortages and administer medications as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals respecting diet orders and sanitation procedures.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior with applicable behavior programs.
• Maintain electronic documentation and manage house finances and purchasing.
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles.
