Mosaic in the United States is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help lead operations in our Residential and Day Services programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, maintain facilities, and assist with meal preparation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, medication administration certification, CPR and first aid (obtain after hire), and at least one year of related experience. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the health and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with managing operations of residential or day services programs, coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living and scheduling staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as covering staff shortages, administering medications, participating in individual program planning teams.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meals and snacks ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures are followed.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes important to them.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and developmental progress.
• Intervene when aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs, implementing behavior programs and strategies where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, including activity records and developmental progress of people served.
• Handle house petty cash and individual finances, including purchasing groceries or supplies as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles.
