Job summary

Mosaic is hiring an Associate Direct Support Manager in Montville, CT to oversee Residential and Day Services programs. You will monitor health and safety, coordinate activities, and document progress of the individuals we serve while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma and certification in medication administration, CPR, and first aid, with at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire)
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure living environments comply with regulatory requirements
• Assist with operations of residential or day services programs, including coordinating activities, supporting individuals with daily living and scheduling staff
• Cover staff shortages, administer medications, participate in individual program planning teams
• Assist in planning and preparation of meals and snacks while following diet orders and sanitation procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and developmental progress
• Maintain electronic records of activity and progress and manage house petty cash and purchases
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles
