Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to join our team in Connecticut. The role oversees operations of Residential and Day Services programs, coordinates activities, maintains the facility, documents progress, and assists with meals.

You will monitor health and safety, support individuals with daily living activities, coordinate staff, and maintain detailed records. This position offers daily pay options and opportunities for education and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served; ensure living environments and activities comply with regulations.
• Assist with managing operations of residential or day services; coordinate activities, support individuals with daily living activities, schedule staff.
• Perform tasks such as covering staff shortages, administering medications, participating in individual program planning teams.
