Job summary

Qualifications

• Commitment to serving others and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a team environment with operations focus.
• Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• One year of experience in a related field.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to activities.
• Monitor safety and compliance of living environments and program activities.
• Intervene to implement behavior plans and strategies for aggression or inappropriate behavior.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts.
