Job summary

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Collins, MS. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to obtain Class D license within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain auto liability limits of 100,000/300,000/50,000.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Lead participants in daily activities and skills training.
• Provide transportation to and from facilities and community activities.
• Train and document progress for IDD day programs.
• Engage participants during meals and on-site breaks.
• Promote community involvement and social interaction.
