Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives. The role involves providing daily care, teaching life skills, and guiding ISP/Behavior Support Plans in a residential setting.

You’ll work with individuals to enhance community participation, health, and relationships, while mentoring junior staff and supporting budgeting and personal funds. Eligibility includes an active driver’s license and being 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
