Seven Hills Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals in our residential programs. You will provide daily care, teach life skills at home and in the community, and ensure health and wellbeing through ISP and Behavior Support Plans.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring other staff, accurate documentation, budgeting assist, and building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid US driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Direct Support in residential setting.
• Teach life skills and promote independence.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care and health needs.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately.
• Mentor/train other staff and support budgeting.
