Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II in Massachusetts to empower individuals to lead independent lives. You will provide daily support, teach life skills, and assist with personal care in a residential setting, following ISP and Behavior Support Plans.

A leadership role includes mentoring staff and helping with budgeting, while building strong relationships with families and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active US driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to mentor and train other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to increase independence at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.
• Support community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately.
• Lead and mentor staff; assist with budgeting and personal funds.
