Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and health-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.
• Support community activities, appointments, and relationships.
• Document progress and outcomes; mentor other staff.
• Assist with budgeting and managing personal funds.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
