Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to lead independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily support in a residential setting, teach life skills, and implement ISP/Behavior Support Plans.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with $ off sets for location and qualifications; asleep hours paid at $17.50/hour. Full-time roles include comprehensive benefits and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active US driver's license from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and monitor overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Support daily living activities and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
