Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for parents/guardians at the assigned site.
• Monitor schedules and maintain site cleanliness and participant time off.
• Drive participants to appointments, events, and activities.
• Maintain and submit documentation to the Program Manager timely.
• Assist with training new team members and supervise program plan documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and document accordingly.
