Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Management certification within 6 months of starting employment are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with participants and team members.
• Ability to adapt instruction to participants with varying abilities and needs.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist program participants with developing strategies and following through on responsibilities.
• Encourage participants to achieve goals by aligning programming with their preferences and needs.
• Provide information about community resources and help participants advocate for themselves.
• Transport participants to appointments, events, and activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress and program activities.

Education
