Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You’ll provide daily care, teach life skills, and follow ISP/Behavior Plans in a residential setting, while training other staff and supporting budgeting and personal funds.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; full benefits include health insurance, retirement match, student loan and tuition assistance, and generous paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver’s license from state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to build independence.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and monitor health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress.
• Lead by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
• Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and team members.
