Region Ten Community Services Board - Meadowcreek Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional A to assist adults with developmental disabilities in day supports and community settings.

The DSP helps individuals access the community based on personal choices, following each ISP, and building skills as scheduled. The role requires driving, teamwork, and engagement in team meetings while representing the program professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in human services preferred.
• Virginia Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement individual support plans for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Support community participation based on ISP and program schedules.
• Attend team meetings and represent the program professionally.
• Work with Senior Direct Support Professionals to promote the program mission.
