Region Ten CSB is seeking a Direct Support Professional A for Meadowcreek, Charlottesville, to assist with ISPs and community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. You will support individuals in day services and community settings.

The role requires driving locally, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with a team to promote independence and participation. Shifts may include evenings and weekends, with mileage reimbursement for transporting consumers.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to respond to behavioral, mental health, and medical emergencies.
• Two years of experience in human services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with coordination and implementation of individual support plans (ISPs).
• Provide support and skill-building services per ISP and program schedules.
• Attend team and professional meetings and represent the program to the community.
• Work with Senior DSPs to promote the program’s mission and adhere to policies.
• May work at Meadowcreek Center or other locations as needed.
