Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered services in residential settings in Beaumont, TX.

You will assist with daily living activities, health maintenance, and medication administration, while helping individuals achieve independence and community integration. Documentation of progress and adherence to service plans are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
