We’re seeking a direct support professional to work in a residential program, delivering person-centered support, including socialization, health maintenance, and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assist with socialization and daily living activities.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Administer or support medication as assigned.
• Assist with transportation, meals, and community integration.
• Ensure safety and follow health care directives.
