Qualifications

We are currently hiring for both our Day Program and our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.Locations: Exeter, NHSchedule: Full time and part time schedules available on 1st and 2nd shiftsWhat You’ll Do:Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time available)As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administrationAssisting with lifting, transferring, and mobilityLight housekeeping, meal prep, and laundryAccompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community eventsFollowing personalized care plansCompleting daily documentation on a computer or tabletParticipating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safetyWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
