Responsibilities include:* Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration* Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility* Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry* Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events* Following personalized care plans* Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet* Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety**About the home:** This is a home in Manchester NH supporting 9 adult women.**What We’re Looking For**We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
