Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Direct Support Associate to empower adults with developmental disabilities in our Day Program and Residential Homes. Positions available in Concord and Penacook, with a 30-hour Day Program option and up to 40 hours with residential shift additions.

Responsibilities include facilitating community activities, providing hands-on assistance, and promoting independence. Competitive hourly pay in the $19–$20 range, with a clear career progression path and comprehensive

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in Day Program activities and residential settings with community-based, vocational, and social tasks.
• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance to ensure individualized support.
• Assist with outings, volunteer activities, and skill-building exercises.
