Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Jackson, TN seeks direct support professionals to help individuals with disabilities live self-directed lives in home and community settings. You will assist with daily routines, transportation, and personal care while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

This role may be full-time or part-time, with 24 hours weekly minimum, and includes on-the-job training, driver requirements, and a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days plus a $300 referral bonus for referring eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write effectively.
• Must have valid driver license and driving history.
• Background checks: criminal, abuse registry, and similar screenings.
• Must meet state/local requirements for health/fitness and training.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI training may be required and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and daily routines to meet goals in their ISP.
• Assist in transportation to events, job sites, and medical appointments.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and respectful interaction at all times.
• Document shift notes using the electronic records system.
• Assist with housekeeping, meals, and community integration as needed.
