Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. The role emphasizes person-centered supports, independent living skills, and safe transportation to appointments and activities.

Training and documentation are essential components of daily duties. Compensation includes a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $300 referral bonus for referred hires who complete 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supports the person supported with personal care and daily routines as outlined in ISP.
• Assists in achieving outcomes from ISP and connects person to preferred activities.
• Ensures safe transport and accompaniment to events, jobs, and medical appointments.
• Documents daily shift notes and uses electronic records system.
• Provides meals and assists with household tasks as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness, medication storage, and confidentiality.
