Job summary

Support Solutions seeks a part-time caregiver in Trenton, TN to empower individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed lives. You will assist with daily living, transportation, meals, and community activities while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete required trainings. Positions offer paid weekly, sign-on bonuses after 90 days for FT/PT, and employee referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and write.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must meet state and local background and clearance requirements.
• Must meet all training requirements and keep training current.
• CPR/First Aid certification and CPI training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily routine support per the Individual Support Plan.
• Assist in community integration and engagement with preferred activities.
• Ensure safe transportation using company or personal vehicles or public transit.
• Maintain proper use of agency resources and funds.
• Attend all required trainings and document shift notes in the electronic system.
• Support with meals, house chores, and personal grooming as directed.
• Protect confidentiality of persons supported and maintain professional boundaries.
