L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Clark, NJ seeks a Manager, Direct Sourcing to partner with suppliers, plants, and brands for launches, cost optimization, and risk mitigation. The role requires strategic sourcing leadership and strong financial acumen to drive value across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include managing quotations, updating SAP pricing parameters, and leading collaborations with internal teams and global suppliers to ensure successful product introductions and efficient

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
Direct sourcing experience in FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing.
Strong financial acumen with data analysis and budgeting skills.
Proven negotiation and cross-functional influencing ability.
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Launch & Operations: partner with packaging and supply chain to secure launches and manage quotes.
Value Creation: lead MTV initiatives to improve gross margin beyond PPV and drive benchmarking.
Financial Management: update pricing parameters in SAP (ADA) and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Supplier Relationship Management: mitigate supply risks and act as escalation point during crises.
