Job summary

Fresh, the global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, is seeking a proactive procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing in Jersey City, NJ. You will drive supplier performance, value creation, and procurement transformation across the organization, combining negotiation and analytics with stakeholder influence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in purchasing, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a track record of cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in beauty.
• Strong analytical mindset with data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to transform complex spend data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with procurement reporting tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required; or similar analytics tools strongly preferred.
• Able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through communication.
• Integrity, trust, and motivation in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contracting.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships across North America.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present data-driven market insights.
• Ensure contracts, compliance requirements, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support risk mitigation and supplier sustainability initiatives.
