Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. in Clark, NJ is seeking a Manager, Direct Sourcing for LDB to drive sourcing excellence across dermatological beauty brands.

You will serve as the strategic link between suppliers, plants and brands to secure launches, optimize costs, and mitigate operational risks. You will partner with packaging and supply chain teams on launches, manage quotations, and lead MTV initiatives to improve margins.

Qualifications

• Direct Sourcing experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG.
• Strong data analysis and budget forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence cross‑functional partners.
• Crisis management and risk mitigation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive launches and secure supplier capacity with packaging and supply chain teams.
• Lead value creation initiatives to improve gross margin beyond PPV.
• Own pricing parameter updates in SAP (ADA) and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and act as escalation point during service crises.
