Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies is seeking a Direct Services Lead to oversee Mobile Pantry and Community Market programs. You will recruit and train site sponsors, coordinate inventories, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. You’ll report data and collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in a food bank or similar setting, strong data skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with some travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Requires strong data entry and customer service skills.
• Public speaking and delivering training sessions preferred.
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mobile Pantry and Community Market programs and ensure compliance with food safety and government regulations.
• Recruit, screen, and train site sponsors, coordinators, volunteers, and partners.
• Coordinate inventory orders and budget adherence; monitor grant balances.
• Develop distribution calendars and communicate across departments.
• Report program data using Link2Feed and other systems.
