Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies seeks a Direct Services Lead to oversee Mobile Pantry and Community Market programs, coordinating site sponsors, coordinators, and volunteers while ensuring compliance with food safety and government regulations.

You will monitor inventories, track client data via Link2Feed, and work with Transportation, Operations, and Hunger Relief Partners to maximize impact in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years prior experience working in a food bank or similar setting; Mobile Pantry experience is a plus.
• Experience with serving low-income communities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mobile Pantry and Community Market programs ensuring compliance with food safety and government regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise site sponsors, coordinators, volunteers, and staff; coordinate educational and outreach activities.
• Visit sites regularly to improve partner service, pantry capacity, and client experience; monitor budgets and grant funding balances.
