Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies seeks a Direct Services Lead to oversee Mobile Pantry and Community Market programs. You will recruit sponsors, supervise site coordinators and volunteers, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage inventories in coordination with Operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, public speaking, and collaboration skills, plus experience with nonprofit budgeting and grant reporting. Flexible with some remote work within the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with diverse neighbors and volunteers.
• Ability to train and motivate volunteers and staff.
• Comfortable presenting and leading trainings or public sessions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit site sponsors and coordinate Mobile Pantry distribution efforts.
• Supervise site coordinators and volunteers; provide training and outreach.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure compliance with food safety and program guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and place orders in coordination with Operations.
• Manage budgets and monitor grant funding balances.
• Communicate across departments to support Direct Services programs.
• Report program data using Link2Feed and other systems.
