Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to manage website content, emails, and CRM admin. You will support fundraising, stewardship, and community engagement by delivering timely communications and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience with CMS, WordPress, Engaging Networks, and building digital assets for campaigns. A strong eye for detail and ability to handle confidential donor information are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying mass email communications.
• Proficient with website content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with online forms, surveys, or CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain content on the Food Bank of the Rockies and Food Bank of Wyoming websites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for website requests and coordinate with the website consultant.
• Create vanity URLs and QR codes for campaigns and events; monitor usability improvements.
