Venture Home is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to drive in-home sales and build lasting relationships with homeowners. You will work with our appointment teams to meet clients, present solar options, and close deals with a strong track record in the industry.

The role offers base salary plus commission, with uncapped earnings (OTE $100,000-$250,000). A reliable vehicle and a license are required to be considered. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
