Job summary

You will handle gift processing in Raiser's Edge NXT, prospect research, social media coordination, event support, and database management, with occasional light QuickBooks bookkeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years in a nonprofit role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Raiser’s Edge NXT experience preferred.
• Familiar with QuickBooks.
• Understanding of basic booking processes.

Responsibilities

• Gift processing and acknowledgments in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Prepare donor profiles using online resources and wealth screening tools.
• Create content for social media, monthly e-blasts, and event materials.
• Assist with planning and executing the annual Spes Gregis Benefit and other events.
• Maintain accurate constituent records and generate demographic reports.
• Support advancement committees and calendar management.
• Other duties as assigned.
