InboxZeroVA seeks a Performance Creative Strategist & On-Camera UGC Creator to own paid-social creatives from research to scripting, filming, editing, and testing for direct-response campaigns. You’ll produce hooks, scripts, and multi-format videos while analyzing data to inform future work.

The role emphasizes performance over aesthetics and requires a strong on-camera presence. You’ll lead 5–10 new concepts weekly, collaborate with marketing, and iterate based on metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in direct-response paid social advertising.
• Experience in B2B/healthcare or lead-gen is a plus.
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence delivering UGC-style ads.
• Portfolio with multiple direct-response video ads.
• Ability to translate metrics into creative decisions.
• Strong copywriting for short-form formats.
• Independent audience research to craft hooks and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop approximately 5-10 new ad concepts per week with variations.
• Write compelling hooks for early seconds and script 30–60s videos.
• Appear in UGC-style ads (talking-head, walk-and-talk, demos, testimonials).
• Edit or assemble short-form creatives for Meta, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Turn winning concepts into multiple variations and document hypotheses.
• Review performance weekly/biweekly and optimize accordingly.
