Dreamlabs is a performance marketing agency seeking a full-time UGC Content Creator to produce authentic, high-performing video ads for ecommerce brands. You will shoot, edit, and deliver content designed for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, collaborating with Creative Strategists to bring concepts to life on a fully remote team.

The role emphasizes storytelling, trend awareness, and fast execution, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic creative performance agency.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating User-Generated Content (UGC).
Comfortable speaking confidently on camera.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta creative best practices.
Experience filming and editing short-form vertical video.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio demonstrating UGC or performance-focused content.

Responsibilities

Create engaging UGC-style video content for paid social advertising.
Film talking-head videos, product demonstrations, testimonials, lifestyle content, and trending social concepts.
Edit short-form videos optimized for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other paid social channels.
Execute creative briefs while bringing your own ideas and personality to each project.
Produce content across multiple brands and industries while maintaining a high creative standard.
Stay current on platform trends, hooks, storytelling techniques, and emerging content styles.
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate based on creative performance.
Collaborate with Creative Strategists, editors, and the broader creative team throughout the production process.
Maintain organized project files and consistently meet production deadlines.
