Job summary

Purefemm is seeking a Direct Response operator to independently produce winning concepts from day one. You will own the creative engine from research to launch-ready assets, including scripts, briefs, and iterative formats for Meta campaigns.

You will work with live performance data, have access to the video editors, and drive AI-enabled workflows to scale output for the US menopause market in 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Direct Response copywriting or performance creative experience.
• Proven track record with Meta performance creatives.
• Strong English DR copywriting skills for the US launch.
• At least €100k in cumulative Meta spend behind creatives you personally wrote.
• Experience working with a brand doing seven figures in annual revenue.
• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics.
• Ability to read creative performance and turn data into new concepts.
• High output capacity: 15-25+ scripts per week.
• AI-native workflow, ideally with Claude.
• Experience briefing video editors with clear briefs.
• Self-directed, structured, and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Availability of 35+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop hooks, scripts, VSLs, advertorials, PDP copy for Meta campaigns.
• Produce 15-25+ ad scripts per week with high quality.
• Identify winning concepts from performance data and iterate.
• Conduct weekly swipe-file and competitive research across DACH and US markets.
• Turn research into high-performing concepts.
