Job summary

Purefemm is seeking a Creative Director for Direct Response to own the core of our creative ecosystem, from research through hook development to editor briefing. You will lead the production of 15–25 ad scripts weekly for Meta Ads across DACH and US, identify winning concepts from live performance, and guide a small editor team.

This 100% remote, freelance role offers a fixed retainer plus performance share, with fast decision cycles and direct collaboration with the founder.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2).
• At least 2 years of DR copy or performance creative experience in DTC e-commerce.
• Provable Meta Ads spend behind your creatives (screenshot, ad links, reference).
• Experience at a brand with at least 7-figure annual revenue, ideally 8-figure.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads — read and interpret ad performance.
• Speed + high output — 15–25+ scripts per week.
• AI-native, especially Claude.
• Video editor management — your briefings are understood and executed immediately.
• Independent, structured, no micromanagement needed.
• Availability of 35+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Own core part of our creative ecosystem — from research through hook development to the final editor briefing.
• Develop hooks, scripts, VSLs, advertorials, PDPS for Meta Ads (DACH, then US).
• Generate 15–25+ ad scripts per week with high quality.
• Identify and iterate winning concepts from live ad performance.
• Conduct weekly swipe file research (DACH + US) impacting future concepts.
• Read numbers in Triple Whale and Meta Ads Manager to steer creative direction.
• Lead video editor team through briefs and rapid iteration cycles.
• Leverage AI for research, hook ideation, and copy iteration.
