The Pilot Clinic in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Direct Primary Care practice. This model emphasizes longer visits, autonomy, and a sustainable approach to primary care with a capped panel of about 600 members.

The compensation is panel-driven, with an annual salary range from $90,000 to $300,000 based on panel size and progression.

Formación

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification/eligibility in IM or FM.
• Eligible for unrestricted Arizona medical licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to Direct Primary Care panel.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Build long-term patient relationships.
