Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Board certified in family medicine, internal medicine or internal medicine-pediatrics.
• Licensed in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain an Oklahoma medical license.
• Committed to comprehensive, relationship-based primary care.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to keep learning.
• Direct primary care experience isn't required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care with time for each patient.
• Practice without insurance billing or production quotas.
• Collaborate with a physician-friendly system and technology platform.
• Implement patient-centered care and preventive health strategies.
