Job summary

Frontier Direct Care in Dallas–Fort Worth Texas is seeking full‑time Advanced Practice Providers to serve as primary clinicians for defined patient panels with support from a Medical Assistant and collaborating physician.

You’ll deliver longitudinal care, manage chronic conditions with generous visit times, perform in‑office procedures, document visits in our EHR, and participate in weekly team meetings while enjoying clinical autonomy and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active Texas APRN‑FNP (national board certified) or PA (NCCPA‑certified).
• 2+ years post‑graduate experience in family practice or primary care.
• Experience managing patients across the lifespan; comprehensive clinical skills.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary care: preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Perform in‑office procedures including I&Ds, suturing, skin biopsies, and exams.
• See patients in person, by phone, and via secure video/text; visits 30–60 mins as needed.
• Document visits and maintain records in our EHR; delegate tasks to staff.
• Telehealth access and collaborate with a physician per Texas requirements; participate in team meetings.
