Proactive Medical in Oro Valley, AZ, seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge primary care practice. Expect a ~400-patient panel with longer visits, four-day work week, and strong emphasis on preventive care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required/noted.
• Arizona medical licensure eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a concierge medicine setting.
• Deliver preventive, chronic disease management and acute care.
• Perform in-office procedures and personalized health planning.
• Educate patients and provide lifestyle counseling.
