Job summary

Proactive Medical in Oro Valley, Arizona is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge/boutique primary care practice. You will join a team with a 400-patient panel, longer appointment times, and strong emphasis on preventive care, while enjoying four-day work weeks and physician autonomy.

The role offers base salary of $250,000 plus a sign-on bonus and annual performance bonus, along with 6 weeks of PTO to start (increasing to 10), 10

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Arizona medical licensure eligibility.
• Strong procedural skills as listed above.
• Commitment to preventive, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a concierge medicine setting.
• Deliver preventive care and wellness services.
• Manage chronic diseases and provide acute care visits.
• Develop personalized health plans and counsel on lifestyle.
• Educate patients on health and preventive strategies.
• Perform in-office medical procedures as needed.
